Just a couple of years ago, the airwaves weren't that complicated. There were procedurals, medical dramas and broad, dumb comedies on the five broadcast networks. Fast forward to the present and niche cable programming has taken over the traditional television model - a trend illustrated by the number obscure cable channels with successful, original television series such as AMC's "Mad Men.

College is considered by many to be the best time of their lives. After all, what's not to love about freedom from the parents, midnight Thai food orders and parties at The Row? It all sounds good and fun until you're overweight, beginning to feel disconnected from those around us and in a spiritual rut.
